Two sides of Lancaster

One leans into three centuries of pride. The other leans into… a horse-and-buggy punchline. Pick your side.

Lancaster Red Roses logo

The Red Rose City, in bloom again.

Lancaster has carried the red rose for centuries — a badge of the House of Lancaster, brought across an ocean and stitched into this city’s very name.

Long before the Stormers, professional ballclubs took this same ground as the Lancaster Red Roses — from 1906 all the way through 1961. In 2026 we bring the name home: cream flannels, crimson script, and a rose-headed slugger who plays for nothing but pride.

“The Red Roses pay tribute to Lancaster’s history.” — Alexandra Bunn, VP & Assistant General Manager

    How ’bout them Road Apples?

    Only in Lancaster

If you’ve followed a buggy down a back road,
    you already know.

A road apple is what the horse leaves behind — and it’s the most Lancaster thing we could possibly put on a jersey. Equal parts farm-country pride and good-natured barnyard humor. Lime-green, splattered, and proud of it.

“The Road Apples bring a fun, unique-to-Lancaster flair — while still being respectful of the community.” — Alexandra Bunn, VP & Assistant General Manager
