Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with the Lancaster Stormers. Here's how we get your gear to you.

Processing time. Orders are typically processed and packed at Penn Medicine Park within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on game days, weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Carriers and methods. We ship via USPS and FedEx to addresses within the United States. At checkout you'll see the available service levels and live rates for your address.

  • USPS Ground Advantage / Priority Mail — typically 3–5 business days in transit.
  • FedEx Ground / Home Delivery — typically 3–7 business days in transit.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. 

Pickup at the ballpark. Free in-store pickup is available at the Penn Medicine Park Team Store, 650 North Prince Street, Lancaster, PA 17603.

You'll receive an email when your order is ready — usually within 48 hours. Unclaimed orders will be held for 14 days before being restocked; we'll reach out before that happens.

We currently ship to the United States only.

Damaged, lost, or delayed packages. If your order arrives damaged or hasn't moved in more than 7 business days, email info@lancasterstormers.com with your order number and we'll investigate.

Address accuracy. We ship to the address entered at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at your expense; please double-check before submitting your order.
